The chairman of “Our Party”, Renato Usatii, demands an immediate reduction of gas prices for consumers. The politician’s reaction in social networks followed immediately after the Ministry of Energy reported the first purchase of natural gas by the CET-Nord company at the Romanian Commodity Exchange in Chisinau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company that won the auction signed a contract on Friday to supply CET-Nord with gas at a price of 7.35 lei per cubic meter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Somebody pays – 7.35 lei, and we all – 14.40 lei! A new confirmation that the current government steals directly from the pockets of citizens. The CET-Nord company bought natural gas on the Romanian commodity exchange at 7.35 lei per cubic meter, while Moldovan citizens continue to pay 14.40 lei per cubic meter. We demand an immediate reduction of the gas tariff for all consumers!” Usatii wrote on his Telegram page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Earlier, the leader of “Our Party” said that the Chisinau glass factory bought gas at a price of 6.80 lei per cubic meter. The state-owned company Energocom, which at the same time sells natural gas to Moldovagaz at a much higher price, acted as a seller of gas at this price.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
