{"id":2462,"date":"2018-07-11T03:00:45","date_gmt":"2018-07-11T01:00:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ru1.md\/?p=2462"},"modified":"2021-05-29T12:27:36","modified_gmt":"2021-05-29T10:27:36","slug":"the-prosecutor-decided-to-quickly-consider-the-subject-on-the-arrest-of-renato-usatyi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ru1.md\/en\/the-prosecutor-decided-to-quickly-consider-the-subject-on-the-arrest-of-renato-usatyi\/","title":{"rendered":"The prosecutor decided to &#8220;quickly&#8221; consider the subject on the arrest of Renato Usatyi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Despite the fact that the prosecutor Nicolae Dumbraveanu had previously ignored five court hearings, he decided, \u201cquickly\u201d consider the subject on the arrest of the leader of \u201cOur Party\u201d, Renato Usatyi.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>During the hearings on Wednesday, the court had to consider the lawyers\u2019 request on the annulment of the warrant for the provisional arrest of Renato Usatyi and the demand of the leader of \u201cOur Party\u201d to transfer the criminal case to UK.<\/p>\n<p>At the request of the court, Dumbraveanu provided some of the materials of the criminal case &#8211; about 40 pages &#8211; and asked to study them in an expeditious manner to \u201csolve the issue\u201d in one day. However, the lawyers asked for an adjournment of the hearings. The Judge Sergiu Bularu agreed with the arguments of the lawyers. As a result, in view of the fact that Bularu goes on vacation, the hearings were postponed until August 15.<\/p>\n<p>The criminal case against the chairman of \u201cOur Party\u201d Renato Usatyi has been initiated in autumn 2016 on the article on fraud. Subsequently, another case has been brought against him &#8211; on suspicion of attempted murder on the \u201cblack banker\u201d German Gorbuntsov. Both cases were initiated in the midst of the presidential election campaign.<\/p>\n<p>On the basis on these criminal cases, the Moldovan authorities issued an international wanted notice in the name of the leader of \u201cOur Party\u201d, Renato Usatyi through Interpol, but a few months later it was suspended, and then completely annulled.
