“We are witnessing an open attempt to establish political control over the legal profession and to eliminate the current leadership of the Union of Lawyers of Moldova,” the document says. “The principle of transparency was cynically ignored, and the law itself grossly violates the fundamental principle of the independence of the legal profession – guaranteed in all countries of the European Union,” says “Our Party”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
