The agreement was reached at a meeting between the mayor of the municipality, Alexandr Petkov, and the coordinator of TIKA programs in Moldova.
The agreement was formalized on the agency’s financing of the renovation of the gym, the roof and the installation of the ventilation system in the school.
For its part, Balti Mayor’s Office undertook to purchase the equipment necessary for the specialized educational institution. In March this year, the Turkish partners handed over a batch of humanitarian aid for the needy residents of the city.
