The chairman of “Our Party” (OP), Renato Usatii, believes that “Moldova needs early parliamentary elections like air, because the ruling PAS Party and President Maia Sandu are leading the country into an abyss.” The politician said at a briefing on Wednesday that “the current government has failed with its activity everything possible.”
“Justice reform, which was planned to be carried out according to the principle “A thief must sit in jail!”, has been realized as “A thief sits in the government!”. Nothing has been achieved in justice, but chaos has been introduced into its work. Criminal schemes of Plahotniuc’s time have flourished. Competitions for important positions have failed, and there are scandals around the competitions,” the politician believes.
“If under Plahotniuc the clever corruptors stole from profits, the loyal laymen of PAS steal from losses. A record increase in tariffs and prices, inflation unprecedented in the history of Moldova and zero social assistance from the state,” Usatii said.
He also believes that the ruling party’s personnel policy is organized out of hand.
“We will take them, but only our own – even if they are stupid. The team that is now leading the country should leave as soon as possible. There is only one way to stop this – surgical intervention: remove them from power, because it is impossible to treat them. We need to build our own country, and no referendums on European integration will help,” the politician is convinced.
