RENATO USATII ANNOUNCED SECRET TRIAL AGAINST HIM IN ORDER TO BLACKMAIL OUR PARTY IN FUTURE PARLIAMENT

The chairman of Our Party, Renato Usatii, accuses a group of PAS party deputies and a judge who, together with the scandalous banker German Gorbuntov, overturned the decision to end criminal prosecution against Usatii at a secret meeting.

The party’s leader said on Monday that “in this way, PAS representatives will try to blackmail Our Party into forming an alliance after the autumn parliamentary elections.”

“The conclusion of the secret meeting was signed by the judge of the Ciocana metropolitan sector, Valeriu Curicheru, who was transferred to this court in January 2025. I have a feeling that I found myself in 2014, when information was constantly being received about attempts to destroy “Our Party,” attempts to fabricate criminal cases, and suspension from elections,” Usatii said.

He believes that judge Curicheru’s decision “hides political interests.” In this regard, the politician claims that the PAS “will try to force him into political alliances.”

The leader of Our Party believes that these actions are aimed at hiding the economic and social catastrophe in which the country finds itself – “a direct consequence of the PAS rule.”

“They have nothing to offer the citizens of the Republic of Moldova, so they resort to searches and have already reached the “basement cases”. They know perfectly well that I will get justice in any case, as it has always been for the past 11 years. Do you think you’re going to force me to form a coalition with you? Believe me, we will appeal to the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Supreme Council of Magistracy, and demand a criminal case against the judge and the PAS deputies involved as members of a criminal group,” Usatii said, threatening to “respond harshly to attempts at intimidation.”
