Students, pupils, teachers, dancers, athletes, artists, employees of municipal institutions and not only paraded through the center of Balti, in an action included in the program of those prepared by the City Hall on the occasion of the Northern Capital of the country. In total, hundreds of people, but also dozens of technical units passed in a column, to the admiration of the citizens and the city management.
