“Our Party” leader Renato Usatii insists that parliamentary elections be scheduled for July 27.
He argued his demand with the “catastrophic economic situation Moldova is in”. In his opinion, the data of the National Bureau of Statistics on foreign trade for 2024 testify to this.
“Moldovan economy is dying because of the illiteracy and incompetence of the PAS authorities! Exports last year dramatically decreased by 12.2%, while imports grew by 4.5%. Our industry has shrunk by about 3.6% annually for two years in a row. Economic growth is well below inflation and the energy crisis is strangling the population and economic agents who are barely surviving,” the politician sounded the alarm.
He believes that the ruling PAS party is to blame for this, which “with its incompetent decisions has led to the impoverishment of citizens and the destruction of the economy.”
“We cannot wait any longer! Every day these people stay in power deepens the crisis and dooms Moldova to irreversible collapse! The holding of parliamentary elections cannot be postponed, and the date of July 27, 2025 is the closest opportunity to restore hope and competence in the leadership of the country. I urge everyone who wants a better future for themselves, their family and Moldova as a whole to support this initiative. To change the government as soon as possible means to save the country! It means to save the country for the truth, for the future, for prosperity. ONLY FOR MOLDOVA!” – Usatii stated.
