Usatyi : We will reaffirm our right to legally consider ourselves descendants of heroes-winners!

On August 24, Moldovans celebrate the liberation of the country from fascist invaders. Renato Usatyi, the leader of “Our Party”, in his congratulatory message published on social networks noted that “our sacred duty not only to pass on to our descendants the historical truth about the significant events of the Great Patriotic War, but to free again Moldova from invaders and bandits, to regain the independence for our homeland, and to bring back the Moldovan society democracy and confidence in the future”:

– On August 24, 1944, the vanguard troops of the Red Army, planted Red Army flag in the center of the half-ruined Chisinau which became a symbol of the liberation of Moldova from the fascist invaders. Tens of years passed. The memory of the heroic battles during the major operation Iasi-Chisinau does not fade in time. And our sacred duty is not only to pass on to our descendants the historical truth about the significant events of the Great Patriotic War, but also to free Moldova from the invaders and bandits, to regain the independence for our country, and to bring back the Moldovan society democracy and confidence in the future. By this we will reaffirm the right to legally consider ourselves descendants of heroes-winners. I extend my warmest congratulations to you on the Day of Liberation of Moldova from the Nazi invaders and Romanian occupiers. Congratulations, friends! We bow our heads in respect of these honored veterans and eternal memory to heroes”, Renato Usatyi wrote on his Facebook page.
